We go out of our way to serve you better.

Lunar New Year is a time of celebration, of family togetherness and bonding. So when a new customer left his bag of festive goodies at our branch, we knew what it would have meant to him. That’s why we made it a priority to trace him and return the bag, just in time for a family reunion. And how did we do it? By a most ingenious way, of course! We scrutinised hours of CCTV footage to identify the customer and returned his belongings in perfect condition. This is just one of the ways we go the extra mile #ForYou.

When you’re in great pain, the last thing you want is to be left alone. That’s why when a customer fell and injured himself outside our Choa Chu Kang branch, we immediately rushed to his assistance. Not only did we call for an ambulance, our service manager even accompanied him all the way to Ng Teng Fong Hospital. Even though it was peak hour at the branch, she placed everything aside and put the customer first. She was by his side for two hours till his family arrived.
