Removal of SMS OTP for authentication of logins to Maybank2u Online Banking
Effective 29 September 2024, SMS OTP will no longer be available to authenticate logins to Maybank2u Online Banking. All users will need to authenticate logins and transactions using Secure2u Digital Token.
