Effective 20 October 2023, payments to Maybank and Other Banks’ credit card will be disabled on classic Maybank Online Banking.

This change applies to individual customers (including Premier & Private customers) only. Maybank Business Internet Banking will remain unchanged.

How to make payment to other banks' credit card


Using Maybank2u Online Banking


Step 1: Login to Maybank2u Online Banking with your username and password.


Step 2: Click on ‘Pay & Transfer’ and select ‘Pay’.


Step 3: Under ‘Pay To’, select ‘Other Bank’s Credit Card’. Proceed to add New Payee if applicable, or select existing payee to pay.

Using Maybank2u SG (Lite) app


Step 1
Login to Maybank2u (Lite) app, and click on "Pay Cards".


Step 2
Click on "Others" Select from your list of existing payees or add a new payee.


Step 3
Review your payment details before clicking ‘Confirm’. Verify with your preferred verification method, if applicable, to complete the transaction.

Who can use


Maybank Savings or Current Account holders with Online Banking access.
