One of the few chefs to be awarded three Michelin stars in quick succession, Chef Juan Amador, the owner-chef to 3 Michelin-starred Amador Restaurant in Vienna, Austria, has shaped the world of aromas and taste like no other. Combining Spanish temperament with German precision to create a perfect whole, Chef Amador’s uncompromising commitment can be seen, tasted, and felt in each of his creations.
