  • Prices quoted are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of Government tax and goods & service charge.
  • Full payment must be charged to Maybank Credit or Debit card
  • Cancellation policy is 96 hours prior to arrival. Less than 96 hours is subject to 1 night charge
  • No Show is based on one night charge
  • Maybank and Tour East reserve the right to replace the complimentary item, tour or ticket (to similar value) if in the event the tour is unavailable at the time of purchase / confirmation of the order.
  • There is no room charge for child (maximum 1), under 2 years of age, sharing room with parents(s) and utilizing existing beds. (Bedding configuration: 1 King or 2 Single beds)
  • Complimentary breakfast will be accorded for children 05 years and below
  • Breakfast will be chargeable at S$25.00 nett for children 06 years old and above
  • Non-smoking Policy. In line with Grand Park City Hall’s commitment to sustainability and the environment, we respectfully ask our guests to observe the non-smoking policy that has been implemented in all guest rooms and public areas. A violation of this policy will result in the imposition of a recovery fee of SGD300.00
