Promotion is valid with immediate effect from 1^st January – 31^st December 2020.
Official check-in time is 3pm on the date of arrival.
Official check-out time is 12pm on the date of departure.
Early check-in is on request basis and subject to room availability. Hotel may impose additional surcharges for early check-in.
One night pre-blocked reservation (equivalent to full one night contracted room rate) is required for early arrival before hotel’s official check in time.
Any request for late checkout till 6pm, 50% of the contracted room rate will be applicable
Any request for late checkout after 6pm, a full one night contracted room rate will be applicable.
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid personal credit card or a company’s credit card. For no-show/cancellation on arrival date, rooms held for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
A 100% first night room charge will be imposed on each room unless otherwise informed with a written request 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival date.
