How to perform First Time Login
Step 2: Select if you wish to login using your Access ID, Credit Card, or Debit Card and proceed.
Step 3: Confirm your mobile number, click on ‘Yes, send me the code’ and enter the SMS OTP.
Step 4: Create your username.
Step 5: Create your new password and confirm your password.
You will now be able to access your online banking.

Download or update Maybank2u SG (Lite) and login with your Maybank2u Online/Mobile Banking Username and Password.

Step 1: On Maybank2u Online Banking home page, click ‘Forgot Login Details’.
Step 2: Select Access ID/Credit Card/Debit Card and fill in the necessary information to proceed.
Step 3: Verify your details with SMS OTP
Step 4: Create your new password and click ‘Confirm’
You can now proceed to login with your newly created password.
Terms and Conditions
- Promotion runs from 6 November to 31 December 2023.
- Each Qualified Customer is only eligible to One (1) Prizes a month, up to a maximum of Two (2) Prizes under this Promotion.
- Maybank reserves the right to replace any Prize at any time at its discretion with another item of a similar value without notice.
- To qualify and earn a Chance for a Qualifying Period, the Customer must during the relevant Qualifying Period successfully perform at least one Eligible Transaction via the Eligible Channel designated for that Qualifying Period in the table above.
- The Customer shall be eligible to earn only one Chance per Qualifying Day, regardless of the number of times the Customer completed the Eligible Transactions on the relevant Qualifying Day.
- The Chance earned on a Qualifying Day shall only be applicable for the Draw which will be conducted on the relevant Qualifying Period stated in Clause 3(a). The Chance shall not be eligible for use in any other Qualifying Period(s).
