Do I need to check in 7 days consecutively
to complete
the Check-in Tracker?

No, check-ins do not have to be consecutive.
As long as you check in seven times a month,
the Tracker will be completed.

Can I complete Trackers from different
categories to be
eligible for cashback?

Yes, you can! You can choose to complete any
Two (2) Trackers under any of the categories:
'Check-in', 'Pay', 'Transfer', and 'Others'. For example,
completing Pay a Bill tracker and Transfer Funds
tracker will earn you a cashback chance.

Can I complete the same Tracker
twice in a month?

You can only complete each Tracker once in a
month. All Trackers will be refreshed on
the first
day of every month, except for Trackers under
‘Others’, which can be completed
only once
throughout campaign period.

When will my cashback be credited?

Cashback will be credited into your account upon
completing any Two Trackers.
Exception applies for
Trackers completed from 10pm to 7am, in which
Cashback will be
credited after 9am the next day.

I do not have a Maybank savings
account, can I participate?

You will need a Maybank savings or current
account to participate and earn cashback.
To open an account on the app, go to ‘More’ >
‘Apply’ > and select your preferred savings
or
current account.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. 1. Campaign Period: 24 June - 30 September 2025.
  2. 2. To complete a Tracker for a Month, the Customer must
    earn the Entries required for that Tracker within the relevant
    Month.
    All Entries earned by the Customer for a Month will
    only be valid for that Month.
  3. 3. All Trackers will be refreshed on the first day of each Month
    whereupon the Customers’ Entries will reset to zero.
  4. 4. Cashback will be credited into the Customer’s default
    Maybank Singapore Dollar account upon completing the
    required Trackers.
    For Trackers completed from 10pm to 7am,
    the Cashback will be credited after 9am the next day.
  5. 5. Please update or download the latest version (version 9.2 or later)
    of Maybank2u SG app from the official Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
