Companies can choose from the following loans to support their overseas project or trading overseas :

• Structured Loan (including working capital expenses) and/or
• Banker’s Guarantee (Advance payment, performance/ warranty)
• Fixed asset loan (tied to project delivery)

• Be a business entity that is registered and physically present in Singapore, and
• At least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by Singaporean(s) and/or Singapore PR(s), determined by the ultimate individual ownership, and
• Maximum Borrower Group revenue cap of S$500 million for all enterprises.
