Scammers would pose as buyers on Carousell and request victims to key in their banking details on spoofed websites to facilitate payment or delivery, via a phishing link sent by the scammer.
Removal of QR login function on Maybank2u Online Banking
Effective 14 May 2024, the function to login via QR code will be removed from Maybank2u Online Banking.
Issuance of Branch Queue Ticket
Due to the surge in customers visiting the branch, our last queue ticket for all services will be issued up to three (3) hours before the branch closing time with effect from 8 October 2022.
Revision of Maybank Pay with Points Rates
With effect from 1 June 2024, Cardmember must have a minimum of 1,700 TREATS Points available to be eligible for Maybank Pay with Points redemption and S$1 will be awarded per 380 TREATS Points redeemed.
