Maybank Momentum Grant support

Eligibility

Non-profit organisations that are registered charities with the Commissioner of Charities (Charity Portal) and maintain a Maybank business account.

How to apply

Please make an appointment with your preferred branch to register your interest to be part of Maybank myimpact Community Package. In the “Remarks” field, please include “for mmcp”.

 

Public Limited Companies (Company Limited by Guarantee)

Personnel to be present:

  • All signatories, and any 2 directors.

Documents required:

  • Completed company account opening form. Form is available at maybank.sg/caformNPO
  • Completed FATCA Entity Form
  • Latest ACRA Bizfile
  • Certified true copy of Constitution or Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • NRIC Copies of all directors and signatories
  • Passport copies of all directors and signatories (for foreigners)
  • Latest Proof of address for Foreigners
  • Extract of Resolution - to indicate signing conditions for the Maybank account opening
  • Download and complete the Due Diligence Checklist - for CLG
  • Initial deposit in cash or cheque
