Personnel to be present:
- All signatories, and any 2 directors.
Documents required:
- Completed company account opening form. Form is available at maybank.sg/caformNPO
- Completed FATCA Entity Form
- Latest ACRA Bizfile
- Certified true copy of Constitution or Memorandum & Articles of Association
- NRIC Copies of all directors and signatories
- Passport copies of all directors and signatories (for foreigners)
- Latest Proof of address for Foreigners
- Extract of Resolution - to indicate signing conditions for the Maybank account opening
- Download and complete the Due Diligence Checklist - for CLG
- Initial deposit in cash or cheque
