1. To activate Access ID

i) Retrieve your Access ID from a password-protected PDF sent to you via email

ii) SMS your Access ID in the format below, to 79899 using your registered mobile number.
Note: Activation can only be performed in Singapore with a Singapore mobile number.

Activate <space> BIB <space> <Access ID>

iii) A notification containing the PIN will be sent via SMS within half an hour upon successful activation
