Lim Eng Ping
Head, Wealth Management Malaysia, Group Wealth Management, Maybank

Lim Eng Ping joined Maybank in 2009 and has held various key positions, including Director of Investment Banking at Maybank Investment Bank and Managing Director, Co-Head of Client Coverage. In 2017, he was appointed CEO of MIB Securities Hong Kong, where he led the implementation of new business strategies. In September 2022, he became Head of Private Wealth Malaysia, driving significant growth with assets under management increasing by 16% and fee income growing by 68.6% in 2023.

As the current Head of Wealth Management Malaysia, he oversees the Private, Premier, and Privilege segments, as well as Islamic Wealth Management. Eng Ping is focused on achieving the GWM Supercharge Growth Aspirations through customer-centric strategies, unique value propositions, and seamless wealth solutions for target clients.
