How it works
Step 1:
Tap on the push notification.
If you did not receive the push notification, launch your Maybank2u SG app then tap on Secure2u icon.
Step 2:
Review the details and tap on 'Approve' to confirm your transaction.
Step 3:
After transaction is successfully authorised, return to merchant's app or browser to proceed.

- How do I authorise my online transaction with Secure2u Digital Token?
Tap on the push notification sent by Maybank to your mobile device. This will bring you to the Maybank2u SG app. Tap on ‘Approve’ to authenticate your transactions. - Why am I not seeing any notification on my phone?
Please ensure that Maybank2u SG app is installed on your mobile device and that push notification is enabled on your app. To check if notification is allowed on device:
i. For iOS, Go to Device Settings > Select Notification > Search for Maybank2u SG app > Turn on Notifications
ii. For Android, Go to Device Settings > Select Notifications > Search for Maybank2u SG app > Notification > Turn on Notifications
Alternatively, you may get to the authorisation page by launching the Maybank2u SG app, tap on 'More' from the bottom right option, and select 'Secure2u' to approve your transaction. - Why am I prompted to provide additional authentication only for certain online merchants?
Additional authentication is required for merchants that are on 3D Secure sites. This provides an extra layer of protection for payment, safeguarding your online transactions. - How do I register for Secure2u Digital Token?
You may start using Secure2u to authorise online transactions 24 hours after successful registration.
Step 1: Login to your Maybank2u SG app.
Step 2: Tap on ‘More’ at the bottom right and select ‘Settings’. Under Maybank2u, toggle ‘Secure2u’ button to enable the Digital Token.
Step 3: Choose any of the 3 options to authenticate your Secure2u registration.
