- Wait to receive your credit card statement which reflects the purchase(s) which you want to pay using FlexiPay.
- Download the FlexiPay Application Form (PDF) and email completed form to SG.FPAYAPP@maybank.com at least 2 days before credit card statement due date OR contact our Customer Relationship Executive at 1800-MAYBANK (1800-629 2265) or (65) 6533 5229 (Overseas).
