Points Optimiser

If you have received a Pay with Points Push Notification to offset your transaction with TREATS Points, click on it and refer to Step 5.

Else, kindly refer to the Steps below.

Step 1:

• Login to Maybank TREATS SG App.

Step 2:

• Click on “MY PROFILE”.

Step 3:

• Click on “PAY WITH POINTS”.

Step 4:

• View and select any transactions made by your Maybank Credit Card.
• Click on “REDEEM NOW”

“REDEEM NOW” button will only be available for eligible transactions.

Step 5:

• Review and confirm the TREATS Points to be redeemed for the mentioned Cash Credit.
• Click on “YES” to proceed.

Step 6:

• Upon confirmation of Pay with Points redemption, the following message will be prompt, click on “OK”.
• The redeemed amount will be credited and reflected in your statement.

Step 1:

• Login to Maybank TREATS SG App.

Step 2:

• Click on “MY PROFILE”.

Step 3:

• Click on “PAY WITH POINTS”.

Step 4:

• Click on “SETTINGS” icon.

Step 5:

• Toggle Pay with Points Redemption settings.
  (a) Do not redeem TREATS Points automatically
  
  
  (b) Redeem TREATS Points automatically for next Eligible Transaction if there are sufficient TREATS Points
  
  
  (c) Redeem TREATS Points automatically for all Eligible Transactions if there are sufficient TREATS Points
  
  
   
• Toggle the Pay with Points Notification settings.
  (a) To receive Maybank Pay with Points notifications
  
  
  (b) Not to receive Maybank Pay with Points notifications
  
  
   
• Click on “SAVE”.

Step 6:

• Upon saving Pay with Points settings, the following message will be prompt, click on “OK”.

Step 1:

• Login to Maybank TREATS SG App.

Step 2:

• Click on “BID”.

Step 3:

• Click on the item you will like to bid for.

Step 4:

• Click on “BID DETAILS” to input your Bid Amount.
  Note: Bid Transaction fee of 3 TPs will be charged for every successful bid submitted.

Step 5:

• A pop up will appear upon successful bid.
  
  Allow Notifications for Maybank TREATS SG app via your phone's Settings to receive Push Notifications when you have been outbid and/or won the bid.

Step 1:

• Click on HOME > MY PROFILE

Step 2:

• Click on “MY ACCOUNT – TRACK YOUR TREATS POINT BALANCE”.

Step 3:

• Click on “BID WITH POINTS TRANSACTION” to view your bid(s).
