Step 1:
Select the help icon on the mobile banking app and click “I forgot my password”

Step 2:
Select “Credit card No” as your credentials

Step 3:
Enter your Credit Card No, Card valid thru date and CVV

Step 4:
Confirm your mobile number and enter the OTP sent

Step 5:
Verify your Username and key in your new password.
