Online banking customers now have better security with 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) when you login to Maybank2u.com.sg.
You have a choice of 2 modes of 2FA to obtain the One-Time Password (OTP) each time you login to Maybank2u.com.sg:
- SMS – With 2FA SMS, you can receive your One-Time Passwords (OTPs) via SMS directly on your mobile phone.
To begin, 2FA SMS users simply register their mobile phone numbers with Maybank in the 2FA selection process once, and wait for OTPs to arrive via SMS whenever you initiate login to Online Banking. - Security Token – a digital hardware device that generates the OTP on demand and supports Transaction Signing
