¹ Maximum Potential Payout of 2.70% in Year 1 consists of 1.50% fixed interest and 1.20% bonus interest³.

² 1.50% p.a. Interest and Maximum Potential Total Interest: The annual fixed interest of 1.50% p.a. is payable only if the structured deposit (“the Structured Deposit” or “this product”) is held to maturity or (if applicable) the specified redemption date. ⁴ Early Termination: Maybank Singapore Limited (“the Bank”) reserves the right (but not the obligation) to early terminate this product on each annual termination date by giving notice (which may be oral, written or electronic) to the customer on or before the exercise date (“the optional early termination date”). If the Structured Deposit is early terminated: (a) the maturity date shall be treated as the optional early termination date and the Bank shall pay the principal amount and any unpaid accrued interest to the customer in accordance with the Bank's terms and conditions governing structured deposits and (b) no further interest will be paid after such optional early termination date.

⁵ Credit Risk: The customer is exposed to the credit risk of the Bank including all interest and principal payments.

⁶ The Bank will pay the full principal amount to the customer only if the Structured Deposit is held until maturity, or (if applicable) the specified redemption date. In the event of the Bank's insolvency, the customer may not receive any interest and may lose part or all of the principal invested.
