To Redeem: Cardmembers must present their Maybank Mastercard and AXS receipt bearing the transaction as proof of purchase and NRIC for verification.
Terms and Conditions
- Promotion is valid from 15 June to 31 August 2023 (“Promotion Period”) at all AXS station offering Maybank 0% Instalment Payment Plan to qualify for NTUC Fairprice voucher (“Gift”) redemption.
- Limited to the first 200 redemptions or whilst stock last.
- 1 redemption per cardmember during the Promotion Period regardless of the number of Maybank Mastercard Credit Cards held by the Eligible Cardmember. No combination of receipts is allowed for the minimum spend.
- Eligible Cardmember will be entitled to 1 set of voucher, even if he/she makes 2 or more bill payment each above S$1,000.
- Payment must be made with a Singapore-issued personal Maybank Mastercard Credit Card during the Promotion Period.
- Promotion is available to both Principal and Supplementary Maybank Mastercard Credit Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) but excludes Maybank Business Cardmembers.
- Cardmembers must present their Maybank Mastercard Credit Card used for the bill payment, original charge slip(s) bearing the transaction(s) as proof of purchase and NRIC for verification
- Maybank reserves the right to charge the Cardmember or deduct from any account the Cardmember holds with Maybank the full retail value of the Gift(s) redeemed should there be no card transaction(s) or should the card transaction(s) used for redemption be cancelled or reversed by any party for any reason and at any time or should there be a repeated redemption using the same card transaction(s) for this Promotion or other Maybank promotions or should it be determined by Maybank that the Cardmember has breached one of the terms stated herein.
- Maybank reserves the right to vary or substitute the Gift(s) at its sole discretion without prior notice or liability to any person. Maybank is not the supplier of the Gift(s), goods and service(s) redeemed and makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality, merchantability and/or fitness for purpose of the goods and service(s) provided and assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchant or retailer or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the goods and service(s). Maybank is not an agent of any merchant or retailer. Any disputes on product quality or services should be resolved directly between the Cardmember and the merchant or retailer.
- Maybank, its related corporations, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, injury, liabilities, expenses or damages whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by the Cardmember and/or any other person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Promotion, use of the Gift(s) and/or redemption of any services, goods, products, facilities, benefits, discounts or privileges of any merchants or retailers or for any other reasons.
- Maybank has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any person from participating in this Promotion and Maybank’s decision on all matters with regards to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Cardmember.
- Maybank reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time or to suspend, withdraw, discontinue or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or liability to any person.
- Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other Maybank offers, promotions, in-house offers, discount cards, loyalty programmes and vouchers, unless otherwise stated by Maybank.
- All prevailing and relevant Terms and Conditions governing the Cardmembers’ Credit Cards, and Terms and Conditions for Maybank 0% Interest Instalment Plan shall apply.
- Offers are subject to Terms and Conditions of any relevant merchant.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these term and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
