Activate your newly enhanced Maybank Debit Card by 31 May 2020

Activate your new debit card by 31 May 2020, as your current debit card cannot be used from 1 June 2020.

Do bring your current debit card to any TransitLink office or NETS Customer Service Centre for refund of NETS FlashPay balance, if any.

In support of the government’s call for stricter safe distancing measures to reduce community spread of Covid-19, the Lucky Draw date for “Win Cruise Trip for 2 Promotion” (Maybank Debit Card activation campaign which ended on 31 March 2020) is rescheduled to 10 June 2020, at Maybank@AMK. The results of the Draw shall be published on www.maybank2u.com.sg and the winners will be duly notified as per the Terms & Conditions governing this Promotion.

3 ways to activate your new Maybank Credit and/or Debit Cards

Please activate your Card via any of the following methods for first time usage. Any transactions will be declined if Card is not activated prior to usage.

Via SMS

i. For customers with 2FA token:

SMS 79899 in the format:
CDTN <space> <16 digit card number> <space>
<DOB - DDMMYYYY> <space> <OTP>

i. For customers with 2FA SMS:

Supplementary Cardmembers are required to activate their Credit Cards through Principal Cardmember's mobile phone.
