- Rewards are awarded on a first come first served basis (based on the time of completion of the transaction), not by number of transactions performed. i.e. performing more transactions does not earn you more chances to win.

How to perform First Time Login
Step 2: Select if you wish to login using your Access ID, Credit Card, or Debit Card and proceed.
Step 3: Confirm your mobile number, click on ‘Yes, send me the code’ and enter the SMS OTP.
Step 4: Create your username.
Step 5: Create your new password and confirm your password.
You will now be able to access your online banking.

Forgot your username or password?
Step 1: On Maybank2u Online Banking home page, click ‘Forgot Login Details’.
Step 2: Select Access ID/Credit Card/Debit Card and fill in the necessary information to proceed.
Step 3: Verify your details with SMS OTP
Step 4: Create your new password and click ‘Confirm’
You can now proceed to login with your newly created password.

- Promotion runs from 1 April to 31 May 2024
- To qualify and emerge as a Winner of a Qualifying Period, a Customer must:
- have registered for PayNow by linking his/her NRIC and/or mobile number to his/her Maybank Savings or Current Account (except CreditAble Account) (whether before or any time during the relevant Qualifying Period) and remain so for 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period; AND
- not have not logged in across any Maybank2u digital channels (Maybank2u SG Online Banking, Maybank2u SG app, and Maybank2u SG (Lite) app) between the period of 1 October 2023 and 31 March 2024, both dates inclusive. .
- Each Winner is only eligible to a maximum of 1 Gift throughout the entire promotional period.
- Customers are required to have their NRIC and/or mobile number linked to their Maybank Savings or Current Account (except CreditAble Account) before or during the Promotion Period, and remain so for 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period.
- PayNow transfers to own Maybank account will not be qualified as an eligible transaction, and will not contribute to the eligible transaction count.
