How to transfer using Business Internet Banking
To submit transactions for approval
Step 1
Click on ‘Remittance’, select ‘Maybank Overseas Transfer (Maybank Malaysia)’ or ‘Maybank Overseas Transfer (Other banks in Malaysia)’.
Step 2
Enter transaction details and click ‘Next’.
Step 3
Approve your transaction by entering the OTP of your Security Token.
Step 4
Transaction has been submitted for approval.
To approve the transactions
Step 1
Login and click on ‘Approvals’.
Step 2
Select ‘Maybank Overseas Transfer’ and type – to ‘Maybank Malaysia’ and ‘Other banks in Malaysia’.
Step 3
Select the transaction and click ‘Approve’.

Proceed to authorise with Secure Verification.

Useful Information
- The default amount is S$1.0 million per day per customer. For Non-Sole Proprietorship, you can adjust this limit or increase the limit to a maximum of S$5.0 million by mailing the completed Transaction Limit Update Request form (PDF) to us, along with a Board Resolution or Mandate, where appropriate.
- For funds transfer to DuitNow participating banks and with an amount of up to MYR 50,000, it will be credited in real time. For funds transfer to non-DuitNow participating banks or with an amount above MYR 50,000, it will be credited on the next business day.
- Online Funds Transfer is subject to regulatory compliance.
- Service is unavailable from 12.00am – 12.30am daily.
