How to perform First Time Login
Step 1: Click on ‘Register Now’.
Step 2: Select if you wish to login using your Access ID, Credit Card, or Debit Card and proceed.
Step 3: Confirm your mobile number, click on ‘Yes, send me the code’ and enter the SMS OTP.
Step 4: Create your username.
Step 5: Create your new password and confirm your password.
You will now be able to access your online banking.

Download or update Maybank2u SG app or Maybank2u SG (Lite) app and login with your Maybank2u Online/Mobile Banking Username and Password.
Existing Maybank2u Online Banking User
Forgot your username or password?
Step 1: At the Login page, click on ‘Forgot Login Details’.
Step 2: Select Access ID/Credit Card/Debit Card and fill in the necessary information to proceed.
Step 3: Verify your details with SMS OTP
Step 4: Create your new password and click ‘Confirm’
You can now proceed to login with your newly created password.

- Promotion period: 16 January to 30 April 2023.
- The minimum qualifying amount per transaction is S$10, except for online iSAVvy Time Deposit placement.
- To qualify and emerge as a Top Transactor, a Customer must:
(i) successfully perform at least one eligible transaction via the Maybank2u SG app, Maybank2u SG (Lite) app and/or Maybank2u Online Banking, within the Promotion Period; AND
(ii) the Eligible Transactions that he or she has made within the Promotion Period (in terms of the number of transactions) must be within the top 123 among all Customers. - In the event that there are more than one Top Transactor with the same number of Eligible Transactions, the Gifts will be issued to them on a first come first served basis, depending on which one of them completes their final Eligible Transaction first.
