Physical Security Token
Transaction Signing on Maybank2u SG (Lite) app

If a transaction requires Transaction Signing, you will see this on the Online Banking Screen.
For on-screen instructions on how to perform Transaction Signing, tap on ‘See how it works’.

Step 1: Press the button. A ‘-’ symbol should appear on the LCD screen.

Step 2: Enter the 8-digit code sent to you via SMS.

Step 3: Press the button to display the 6-digit OTP on the LCD screen.

Step 4: Enter the 6-digit OTP generated from the token.

Step 5: Tap on the to complete Transaction Signing.

Step 1: Press the button. A ‘-’ symbol should appear on the LCD screen.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Next’ button.

Step 5: Enter the 6-digit OTP generated from the token.

Step 6: Click on the ‘Next’ button to complete Transaction Signing.

How to perform First Time Login

Step 2: Select if you wish to login using your Access ID, Credit Card, or Debit Card and proceed.

Step 3: Confirm your mobile number, click on ‘Yes, send me the code’ and enter the SMS OTP.

Step 4: Create your username.

Step 5: Create your new password and confirm your password.
You will now be able to access your online banking.

Download or update Maybank2u SG app or Maybank2u SG (Lite) app and login with your Maybank2u Online/Mobile Banking Username and Password.
Existing Maybank2u Online Banking User
Conveniently suspend your digital banking access via Kill Switch on Maybank2u SG (Lite) app or Maybank2u Online Banking in an event of an emergency, such as scam or fraud.
Suspension of digital banking access is immediate. Once your digital banking access is suspended, you will no longer be able to log in to Maybank2u online or mobile banking.
