How to log in to Maybank2u

If you have previously logged in to Maybank2u Online Banking or Maybank2u SG (Classic) app, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Launch the app and tap ‘Log in now’ > ‘Existing M2U user? Log in here’.

Step 2: Enter your Maybank2u username and password (the same username and password used when you log in to Maybank2u Online Banking or Maybank2u SG (Classic) app).

Step 3: Enter your app nickname.

Step 4: Tap ‘Done’ and proceed to setup your app preferences.

For subsequent logins, you will be prompted to login via biometrics or password, depending on the transaction you wish to perform. Follow on-screen instructions to proceed.

Maybank2u Online Banking

Step 1: Visit www.maybank2u.com.sg > ‘Login’ and select ‘New Maybank2u Online Banking’.

Step 2: Enter your username and password and click ‘Login’.

Step 3: If you wish to perform a transaction, you will be prompted to authenticate your login via Secure2u Digital Token. When prompted, click ‘Request’.

Step 4: Tap on the push notification sent to your mobile, and tap ‘Approve’.

You are now logged in and can proceed to access Maybank2u Online Banking.
