How to register for Maybank2u access

Register via Maybank2u SG app

If you have a Maybank Savings Account or Maybank Credit Card, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download the Maybank2u SG app from official Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Launch the app and tap ‘Log in now’ > ‘Register for Maybank2u’.

Step 3: Proceed to fill in the details accordingly based on Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Access ID. Tap ‘Next’.
(Note: If you have just opened an account with us, your Access ID and PIN will be sent to you via email & SMS)

Step 4: Create your username and password.

Step 5: Tap ‘Proceed’ to login using your newly created username and password.

If you do not have a Maybank Savings Account or Maybank Credit Card, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download the Maybank2u SG app from official Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Launch the app and tap ‘Log in now’ > ‘New to Maybank2u SG? Apply for an account or card now’.

Step 3: Browse through various accounts and select one that best fits your needs

Step 4: Tap ‘Apply’ > ‘Retrieve Myinfo with singpass’ and follow on-screen instructions

Step 5: Upon opening your account, select ‘Create Maybank2u ID’ to create your Maybank2u username and password.

Register via Maybank2u Online Banking

If you have a Maybank Savings Account or Maybank Credit Card, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Visit www.maybank2u.com.sg > ‘Login’ and select ‘First Time Login’.

Step 2: Select if you wish to login using your Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Access ID. Provide the necessary details to proceed.
(Note: If you have just opened an account with us, your Access ID and PIN will be sent to you via email & SMS)

Step 3: Confirm your mobile number, click on ‘Yes, send me the code’ and enter the SMS OTP.

Step 4: Create your username and password.

You can now proceed to login to Maybank2u Online Banking here.
