How to activate Cardless Withdrawal

Activate Cardless Withdrawal

Step 1: On the app’s dashboard, tap on ‘Cardless Withdrawal’. Alternatively, tap on ‘View All’ > ‘Cardless Withdrawal’ under Quick Actions.

Step 2: Read through the Terms & Conditions, and tap on ‘Activate Now’.

Step 3: Authenticate the transaction. (Note: You may not see this step if you are already registered to Secure2u.)

Alternatively, tap the Settings icon > Maybank2u > toggle on Cardless Withdrawal to activate the feature.

Deactivate Cardless Withdrawal

Step 1: On the app’s dashboard, tap on ‘Cardless Withdrawal’. Alternatively, tap on ‘View All’ > ‘Cardless Withdrawal’ under Quick Actions.

Step 2: Tap on ‘…’ displayed at the top right of the screen.

Step 3: Tap on ‘Confirm’ in the pop up to proceed with the deactivation.

You may reactivate the feature anytime.
