Decommission of the Classic Maybank Online Banking

Effective 11 March 2024, you will no longer be able to access the Classic Maybank Online Banking, as all services on Classic will have been permanently moved to the new Maybank2u Online Banking. This is part of our continuous effort to enhance your online banking experience.

Make the switch to the new Maybank2u Online Banking today as it has all the Classic Maybank Online Banking features and more. Rest assured you can still log in to your Maybank2u account using your existing username and password.

In 2021, Maybank launched a new and improved Maybank2u Online Banking to provide you with a more enhanced online banking experience.   The new Maybank2u Online Banking is accessible via www.maybank2u.com.sg. Once you open the webpage, click on “Login” at the top right menu, and select ‘New M2U Online Banking’ with your existing username and password. Alternatively, login directly via https://cib.maybank2u.com.sg/

• Can I still login and transact via the classic Maybank Online Banking?
  Effective 17 November 2023, all services on classic Maybank Online Banking will be disabled; and
  Effective February 2024, login to classic Maybank Online Banking will be deactivated.

• Do I need to set up a new Online Banking access to access the new Maybank2u Online Banking?
  No, just use the same username and password that you used to login to your classic Maybank Online Banking.

• What is the difference between the classic Maybank Online Banking and the new Maybank2u Online Banking?
  The new Maybank2u Online Banking is upgraded with more features such as applying for iSAVvy Time Deposit placement, managing Time Deposit placements, download your transaction history up to 12 months in PDF, XLS, CSV format, and more to give you a better online banking experience.

• Are my account and card details the same on the new Maybank2u Online Banking?
  Yes, there is no change to your account or any of your banking details. Your statements, payees and scheduled transfers/payments are also available automatically.

• Do I need to update my Internet browser to use the current Maybank2u website?
  For the best browsing experience, we encourage you to access the website via the latest versions of Internet browsers.
