How to pay with Scan & Pay

You can make cashless payments with Scan & Pay in Singapore & Malaysia via the Maybank2u SG app.

• For payments in Singpaore, look out for NETS QR or PayNow QR logos
• For payments in Malaysia, look out for DuitNow QR logo

Scanning a static QR standee

Step 1: On the home dashboard, tap on the ‘Scan’ icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Scan the QR code > key in the amount to pay

Step 3: Select debiting account and pay

Scanning a dynamic QR via terminal

Certain merchants only accept QR payment via terminal. In such cases, ask the merchant for “NETS QR” (in Singapore) or “DuitNow QR” (in Malaysia) payment.

The merchant will proceed to show you the QR with amount pre-filled.

Step 1: On the home dashboard, tap on the ‘Scan’ icon at the bottom of the screen

Step 3: Double check the amount, select debiting account and pay
