How to lock or unlock funds with Money Lock

Step 1: On the app home dashboard, tap on the Money Lock banner or select ‘Money Lock’ under Quick Actions

Step 2: Learn more about Money Lock and tap ‘Lock now’

Step 3: Enter the amount to be locked in Money Lock and authenticate the transaction

Your locked funds will now be displayed on your dashboard.

Maybank2u Online Banking

Once you have logged in to Maybank2u Online Banking, you will land on your ‘Accounts’ dashboard.

Step 1: Click on the Money Lock banner
(Alternatively, on the preferred account, click on the ‘…’ button and select ‘Money Lock’)

Step 2: Learn more about Money Lock and select ‘Next’

Step 3: Enter the amount to be locked in Money Lock and authenticate the transaction

Your locked funds will now be displayed on your dashboard.

Unlocking of funds can only be done in person at any Maybank Singapore branches and selected ATMs. Find out more here.
